The toxicology test items for new cosmetics raw material of SFDA require
1, acute oral toxicity tests and acute dermal toxicity tests,
2, acute dermal irritation test and acute eye irritation tests,
3, dermal sensitization test,
4, dermal phototoxicity test & dermal photosensitivity test (adopted if raw material with ultraviolet absorption characteristics),
5, mutagenicity test (a gene mutation test and a chromosome aberration test should be included at least),
6, sub-chronic oral toxicity test and dermal toxicity test,
7, Teratogenicity test,
8, chronic toxicity test and carcinogenicity comprehensive test,
9, toxicology test and kinetic test,
10, other toxicology tests.
